The Chargers dropped to 0-4.Los Angeles was unable to complete the comeback, losing to the Seahawks, 30-23. The Chargers fought hard, and while the result wasn’t what they wanted, head coach Jim Harbaugh was pleased with his team’s effort. “It was a good fight, Harbaugh said. “Never say die attitude they have. It’s throughout the team.” It was more of the same for the Chargers in Week 4. The offense couldn’t produce consistent results throughout the 60-minute contest; however, it picked up in the fourth quarter. By then, it was too late. Justin Herbert threw for 189 yards, a touchdown and two interceptions. His interception total is now at 6 through the first four games of the season. Herbert has also been sacked 12 times, including four on Sunday.Seattle won despite 14 penalties for a franchise-record 150 yards. Still, the defense came up when it mattered most, and the offense did enough. The Chargers had more total yards than the Seahawks, 301-286, and they still couldn’t get the job done. The last time the Chargers started 0-4 was in 2017. They finished that season 9-7 and missed the playoffs. The Chargers finished with a -21 point differential. The Chargers will head back home in Week 5 to take on the Broncos. This article originally appeared on Chargers Wire: Chargers’ Jim Harbaugh sends message after falling to 0-4
