​The schedule for the annual Wisconsin Badgers versus Marquette Golden Eagles men’s basketball showdown has been released. Last season, Marquette visited the Kohl Center and was thoroughly defeated, 96-66, as Wisconsin improved to 7-2 on the year and remained undefeated at home, 6-0 at that point. The Golden Eagles dropped to 5-5 and experienced their first true road game of the season in that matchup.
Looking ahead to 2026, Marquette will host Wisconsin at the Fiserv Forum on Saturday, December 5. While an exact start time has not yet been announced, the date was confirmed as part of Marquette’s full non-conference schedule release. Notably, Marquette will also square off against the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay in an exhibition game, a matchup that UW will also participate in during October before the 2026 regular season begins.
