It’s been a wild afternoon with plenty of games going down to the wire. This is the first Sunday night game in Carolina since the 2016 season, which is a lifetime ago in NFL terms. That makes for an exciting event in for a prideful Panthers Nation. The trouble is that another pride has come to town set to rule the gridion. The Lions aren’t a perfect team by any means, but they are among the most explosive and entertaining — and they’re an easy group to root for given the lack of franchise success. Will tonight be all about the Carolinas, or is the primetime stage set to bathe Detroit in a chrome-like shine? We’ll find out soon enough as SNF unfolds tonight! What better way to wash away the bad taste of the Buffalo Bills’ first loss of the 2026 NFL season than by chatting with like-minded fans about the rest of Week 4 during SNF? There’s no sugarcoating the awful game Buffalo played in losing to the New England Patriots, and it’s understandable if you want to vent a bit more in the comments. With that, here’s your open thread for Week 4 of Sunday Night Football. As always, be kind to one another — and in all things… Go Bills!
