The front office and coaching staff, both completely made over as well, are looking for a team that can grow together, with an eye toward a franchise that an consistently compete for championships in the future. The veterans still on the team face the unenviable task of rebuilding, which limits their chances of winning now as they lead developing players and hope for future wins. The Palm Beach Post’s Joe Schad took a look at some of the veteran players – headlined by defensive tackle Zach Sieler – who have to have patience as the team goes through another rebuild.“How much patience do you have to have to go through this?” a reporter asked.“I have two kids, man. I’m doing all right,” Sieler said with a smile.It was a rare smile from Sieler in that locker room in northern California. Losing pains Sieler. He is an accomplished veteran. He is a solid player who has been a very good player in this league.And he’s surrounded by toddlers.No, not his children.
