He tacked on 3.5 sacks and became a leader for the unit in 2025.The conversation continues to be on whether Miami will offer Brooks a multi-year deal after naming him a “pillar,” but that has yet to happen. The expectation still remains he will stay with the team for multiple years.Tyrel DodsonDespite the attention on Brooks, Tyrel Dodson picked up 129 tackles of his own and was a huge force in the pass rush game with five sacks. After being claimed off waivers by the Dolphins, the defender emerged as a playmaker and is the perfect complement to Brooks.AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementWillie Gay Jr.Willie Gay Jr. picked up two sacks as a rotational linebacker in the Miami system in 2025.
