Paulo Dybala is set to extend his stay with Roma, with a contract that would run for two years and paying around €3 million per season, plus potential performance bonuses. The Argentine star, who helped lead the team to a crucial third-place finish and a return to the Champions League, has expressed a desire to remain in Rome and compete in Europe’s top competition. Despite recurring injuries, Dybala remains a key technical asset for coach Gasperini, who has advocated for renewing his deal. Roma has submitted a counter-proposal to the club’s initial offer, proposing a two-year contract at €3 million annually with additional bonuses tied to appearances, personal goals, and team objectives, which could push his total to about €4 million. This deal would represent a significant salary reduction for Roma, enabling greater flexibility to pursue high-profile signings. An official confirmation is expected in the coming hours, alongside news of Celik’s renewal.
