(Photo by Mitchell Leff/Getty Images)Heading into training camp, Cooper wasn’t viewed as a lock to make the Eagles’ roster.However, he’s been making a strong case for himself through the first two weeks of camp, and Philly Voice’s Jimmy Kempski is taking him off the bubble to “lock status.”“Cooper has been the third-best receiver on the team throughout camp, and there’s a sizeable gap between him and whoever is fourth,” the insider wrote.“He is going to make the team. We’re bumping him all the way up from the bubble to lock status. He jumped two categories.”Last season, Cooper appeared in 13 games for the Eagles.
