Empowering AI Innovation through Hands-on Learning at VIPS, Delhi!

We successfully concluded a 5-Day Faculty Development Program on Modern AI Development at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS), Delhi, held from 20–24 July 2026, focused on enabling participants to effectively leverage NVIDIA AI infrastructure for research and real-world AI development.

The program commenced with an in-depth introduction to the NVIDIA DGX H100 system deployed at the institute, covering its architecture, resource management and best practices for utilizing the DGX environment for high-performance AI workloads.

Participants gained hands-on experience across the complete AI model development lifecycle—from dataset preparation and preprocessing to model training, evaluation and inference. The sessions also explored NVIDIA optimization frameworks and Domain-Specific LLM Adaptation, equipping attendees with practical skills to build and fine-tune AI models for specialized applications.

A key highlight of the training was the implementation of real-world AI solutions across multiple domains, including –

 AI-based Forgery Detection Pipelines

The program provided participants with valuable exposure to end-to-end AI workflows, bridging cutting-edge infrastructure with practical deployment strategies.
