Standing 6-foot-6 and weighing 320 pounds, he brings prototype NFL size to the table. His arm length, measured at 34 1/4 inches at the NFL Scouting Combine, adds to his appeal as a right tackle who can handle edge pressure.
While some might have expected another contributor at safety or cornerback to emerge as the X-factor for 2026, Miller’s selection provides a clear path to addressing Detroit’s most urgent front-five need. If he performs at the expected level, Miller could become the focal point of the Lions’ improved pass protection and run blocking.
