​Great Britain have been beaten by Italy in the medal table at the European Athletics Championships 2026.After winning the 100m and 200m, Amy Hunt completed her quest for a quadruple of sprint medals as she won gold in the 4x100m mixed relay, while Dina Asher-Smith made history becoming the most decorated athlete at European level of all time.
