Everything to know about the 2026 U.S. Girls’ Junior at Old Chatham Golf Club

   ​It’s time once again for the biggest junior event in girls golf as the 2026 U.S. Girls’ Junior gets underway on Monday at Old Chatham Golf Club in Durham, North Carolina. A field of 156 promising young players will tee off at a course hosting its first U.S. Girls’ Junior and the fourth in the state of North Carolina. This marks the 77th edition of the championship.
Last year, Aphrodite Deng made history by becoming the first Canadian to win the U.S. Girls’ Junior, securing a 2-and-1 victory over Xingtong Chen of Singapore at Atlanta Athletic Club’s Riverside Course.
Here’s everything you need to know for the 2026 U.S. Girls’ Junior. The course layout totals 6,491 yards, playing to a par of 72, with 3,242 yards on the front nine (Par 36) and 3,249 yards on the back nine (Par 36).
