A sleek, glass-walled dining room strapped to the back of a black semi-truck that physically drives you around the circuit while you eat.F1’s Ultimate Rolling RestaurantCreated in partnership with luxury conglomerate LVMH and Moët Hennessy, “The Out Lap” is easily the most exclusive—and bizarre—dining experience in motorsport. Rather than watching the cars from a stationary suite, 12 ultra-VIP guests are loaded into the bespoke mobile restaurant after the on-track racing action has concluded for the day.As the flatbed truck slowly cruises around the circuit, it pauses at iconic corners. During these stops, an F1 ambassador shares personal stories and racing history related to that exact spot on the asphalt, perfectly timed with a new culinary course and a premium Moët Hennessy wine or spirit pairing.The report claims that the experience at the Dutch Grand Prix carries a staggering price tag of €10,473.65 (roughly $13,450) per person.For that kind of money, the catering has to be exceptional, and Formula 1 is pulling out all the stops. The Zandvoort menu is curated by two of the Netherlands’ most celebrated Michelin-starred restaurants: Restaurant De Bokkedoorns and Restaurant Aan de Poel.And the perks don’t stop when the plates are cleared. According to official F1 Experiences listings, the massive entry fee also secures guests a 3-Day F1 Paddock Pass, a private tour of the Cool Down Room, and a chance to stand on the official podium. Guests can also expect to rub shoulders with F1 legends like Mika Häkkinen and David Coulthard, who are slated to serve as ambassadors for the journey.Where is it Heading Next?Following its completely sold-out debut at the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps earlier this season, the rolling restaurant is expanding its tour. The report notes that the truck will also be making an appearance at Monza for the Italian Grand Prix.But the European culinary tour won’t stop there.
