​This is the final round of ADP risers and fallers from the last week of fantasy drafts. I’ve excluded players previously mentioned in this article series to avoid double and triple-counting camp hype.RisersKayshon Boutte, WR, Texans (+37)Boutte was always one of the most obvious trade candidates during training camp after the Patriots signed Romeo Doubs to a massive contract and acquired A.J. Brown. As a fellow outside receiver with almost no special teams experience, he was set to be a healthy scratch to start the year. The Patriots wound up getting safety Jaylen Reed—primarily a special teams player—and a 2028 seventh-round draft pick for Boutte.Boutte had the second-highest aDOT in the NFL last year at 17.1. Drake Maye was fourth in the league in accurate throw rate on deep balls and he completed the second-most deep shots in total. C.J. Stroud ranked 20th in accurate throw rate and 23rd in deep completions. Boutte is locked in for more routes as a Texan, but this is otherwise a massive situational downgrade. With his price skyrocketing, I won’t end up with much Boutte this year.Chris Bell, WR, Dolphins (+26)Bell suffered a torn ACL in late November of his senior season at Louisville, making it hard for him to be ready by Week 1 of his rookie season. He averaged 2.6 yards per route run and 2.5 yards per team pass attempt. It was a strong finish, and a much better season than anything fellow Dolphins rookie Caleb Douglas put on the field. If Bell is healthy and the only edge Douglas has over him is training camp reps, Bell should simply go ahead of Douglas based on their college profiles.Kaleb Johnson, RB, Packers (+21)The Packers scooped up Johnson on roster cutdown weekend for a 2028 sixth-round pick. Johnson was an impressive prospect coming out of Iowa. He made an impact as a true freshman and was the best runner in the BIG 10 by his junior season, when he ran for over 1,500 yards and 21 touchdowns. At 6’1/224, he looks like a workhorse running back. With all that being said, flaming out on your first team in one year and an extra offseason is a resounding indictment of a player. The Steelers believed right away that he was not an NFL-caliber back. Now he has to prove that he is, earn the RB2 role, force a committee or have MarShawn Lloyd get hurt, and have those things happen while Josh Jacobs is on the Exempt List or suspended.
