Our city’s pre-season tour of Hong Kong and Seoul is nearly here, and here’s how you can follow every moment of the action. The Men’s Team will kick things off in Hong Kong, where we’ll take on Inter Milan at 12:30 (UK) on Saturday 1 August at Kai Tak Stadium. After that, the squad travels to South Korea’s capital for two more fixtures: a match against a K League All-Stars XI on Wednesday 5 August, and a game against Atletico Madrid on Sunday 9 August, both at the Seoul World Cup Stadium.
Throughout the tour, there will be plenty of opportunities to hear from inside the camp and from familiar faces who’ll be traveling with the players. It’s a fantastic chance to see how the team is shaping up for the 2026/27 season.
All three Asia fixtures will be broadcast globally on mancity.com and the official app for CITY+ subscribers. Regardless of where you are in the world, you’ll be able to watch every kick and get an early look at our stars, as well as the promising youngsters hoping to break through.
CITY+ offers live commentary and a wraparound show from Matchday Live, making it the best way to experience the games. Subscriptions are priced at £34.99 for an annual plan or £9.99 per month. CITY+ brings you closer to the club than ever before, with documentaries, live games, and full-match replays throughout the season. Note: City v Inter is globally available except in China and Italy, the K League All-Stars v City broadcast is globally available except in South Korea, and City v Atletico Madrid is globally available except in South Korea and Spain.
As we build toward these fixtures, presenters and guests will be on site, with additional studio content back in Manchester to set the mood for the matches. The pre-match build‑up starts roughly an hour before kick‑off and will feature a mix of games, features, and analysis. You’ll have the option to listen to radio commentary or watch the action through a CITY+ subscription. The show features a rotating lineup of club legends, popular figures from the wider game, devoted City fans, and Mancunian icons, delivering an entertaining and fresh experience each time.
There will also be half-time and full-time reaction, making it easy to keep up with every moment of the action. Best of all, the pre‑match coverage is free to watch on mancity.com and the official app, continuing as a free resource throughout the season.
Before our clashes with Inter and Atletico Madrid, we’ll host open training sessions at the venues in which the games will be played. These sessions invite the public to watch our stars in the sweltering Asian heat as they train and spin through drills. We’ll bring you the highlights from those sessions, along with updates from the tour, and special guests on the trip. And for additional SEO strength, you’ll hear from Enzo Maresca and the squad, sharing insights and perspectives on how the team is progressing toward the new season.
