   ​India’s historic victory in the one-off Women’s Test at Lord’s gained added significance with cricket great Sachin Tendulkar and ICC chairman Jay Shah watching from the stands on the final day in London. Their presence underscored the occasion as India completed a commanding 270-run win over England in the first-ever women’s Test played at the iconic venue.The visitors wrapped up the match on the fourth morning after bowling England out for 186 while defending a daunting 457-run target. England resumed at 130/6, hoping Amy Jones could extend the fight after her overnight fifty, but India quickly tightened their grip.Sneh Rana removed Jones for 54 before Deepti Sharma dismissed Issy Wong and Lauren Bell. Rana then finished the match by bowling Sophie Ecclestone, who had earlier scored her maiden Test half-century.India laid the foundation for victory with an impressive all-round display across four days.
