​The Florida State football program is recruiting several prospects at the Bolles School in Jacksonville, Florida, and one of them has scheduled several visits to Tallahassee.Jaxon Flowers, a three-star athlete in the 2028 recruiting cycle, is set to visit FSU on Aug. 29 when they play the New Mexico State Aggies to open the 2026 season and again on Nov. 27, when they play the Florida Gators to close out the regular season, he told Tyler Harden of Swamp247.His recruitment took off in June, with the Seminoles becoming the first school to offer him a scholarship on June 7 after he impressed at a camp. The Florida Gators, Miami Hurricanes, and Auburn Tigers followed suit shortly after. According to Harden, the Seminoles and Gators are the schools recruiting Flowers the hardest.He has also scheduled multiple visits with the Hurricanes and Gators as the three in-state rivals battle it out for him. He served as Bolles backup quarterback as a sophomore last season but is expected to play safety in his junior season. A great athlete, he also plays baseball for them.Flowers is ranked as the No. 393 overall player and No. 26 athlete in the 247Sports composite. He is also the No. 53 player from Florida.
