Iowa State volleyball announces 2026 non-conference schedule

   ​The Iowa State volleyball program has finalized its 2026 non-conference schedule, a slate featuring 13 regular-season home matches and two exhibitions at Hilton Coliseum.The Cyclones are set to open Hilton Coliseum for exhibition play against South Dakota State on Aug. 14 and Minnesota on Aug. 22.AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementThe regular season officially commences on home court with the Cyclone Invite, running from Aug. 28 to Aug. 30. During the season-opening tournament, Iowa State will host Loyola, Georgia Tech and UNI.The team’s first road swing takes them to Santa Barbara, Calif., for the UCSB Tournament on Sept. 3 and 4. The Cyclones will face the host Gauchos on Thursday followed by a Friday matchup against Utah State.A marquee highlight of the home schedule arrives on Tuesday, Sept. 8, when the Iowa Corn Cy-Hawk Series returns to Ames. The Cyclones will host the Iowa Hawkeyes with first serve scheduled for 6:30 p.m..Iowa State then travels to the nation’s capital for the American Tournament in Washington, D.C.. The Cyclones are scheduled to play Villanova on Friday, Sept. 11, and the host American University on Saturday, Sept. 12.AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementThe non-conference slate concludes with a trip to Las Vegas from Sept. 18 to Sept. 20 for a tournament hosted by Hawai’i.
