Hughes has been penalized just once in his career and is very experienced on special teams, playing 586 snaps across five seasons.Hughes is a recent draft pick, but he’s in a very crowded room. Foye Oluokun and Dennis Gardeck are two starters in the Jaguars’ base defense.
