​  The Jacksonville Jaguars invested in one of Trevor Lawrence’s favorite targets on Wednesday. They’re signing tight end Brenton Strange to a three-year extension that’s worth up to $48 million and includes $25 million guaranteed, per NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero and Mike Garofolo.Despite playing in only 12 games last season, Strange ranked third on the team with 46 receptions and 540 receiving yards. He hauled in a trio of touchdown passes, too, as the 25-year-old Penn State product built on a breakout 2024 campaign, in which he first reached the 40-catch, 400-yard receiving marks.Strange, who had been scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent after the 2026 season, figures to be an important piece of Liam Coen’s team going forward.This story is being updated.      ​Read More
