​Portland City Council President Jamie Dunphy sent a letter to the Trail Blazers formally inviting team leaders to a July 30 work session, KATU has learned after obtaining a copy of the letter. “It is in my interest to find a path forward that is positive for both the public funding partners and the Portland Trail Blazers. Achieving this will be extremely challenging to deliver without your direct participation.
