They started seeing each other in 2020. Towns was still on the Minnesota Timberwolves at the time. They got engaged on Christmas Day in 2025. Their wedding was held on Aug. 15, 2026, in Malibu, California. Among the guests were Towns’ teammates and Knicks superfans like Ben Stiller and Timothée Chalamet. Chalamet’s partner, Kylie Jenner, was also there. Justin and Hailey Bieber also made it.The Knicks received their championship rings before their Opening Night game against the Philadelphia 76ers on Tuesday, Oct. 20. They lost, but at least they celebrated their NBA Finals win one last time before turning the page to the 2026-27 season.Towns was electric in the loss. He got in foul trouble early, but he ended the game with 19 points, 12 rebounds, and an assist in only 24 minutes. KAT was extremely efficient, making six of nine shots and going 3-for-4 on three-pointers.He is hoping to keep that going for the rest of the season. Last year, he played in 75 games and started all of them. He averaged 20.1 points per game, a big dip from his 24.4 points per game average a year before, but he was playing fewer minutes.Regardless, it was enough to help the Knicks win a championship. The offense began running through KAT in the postseason, and he averaged almost two more assists per game in the playoffs.Related: Knicks’ Josh Hart drops truth bomb after opening loss to LeBron James, 76ersRelated: Knicks HC Mike Brown’s NSFW response to playing against Mitchell Robinson for 1st time
