Minnesota Vikings WR Justin Jefferson had eight catches for 92 yards and two touchdowns in the Week 1 win over the Green Bay Packers, according to ESPN.com. Why it Matters: It was the first time since Dec. 22, 2024, that Jefferson had two touchdown receptions in a game. In fact, he had just two TDs all of last season. Last season’s struggles caused him to slip in fantasy drafts to the midway portion of the first round, and he could absolutely outplay that. His two scores came with Carson Wentz under center, so we’ll have a little bit of cautious optimism to see how he and Kyler Murray (concussion) connect when he’s fit to return. Jefferson is a must-start every week, including against the Chicago Bears in Week 2. This article originally appeared on USA TODAY: Justin Jefferson scores twice
