Applications to volunteer at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic and Paralympic Games are officially open. LA28 is looking for 60,000 volunteers to help make the Games an unforgettable experience for athletes and spectators.“It’s time to put on the world’s greatest show. Our program will see a crew of 60,000 set the stage and keep it running smoothly for the biggest Olympic and Paralympic Games in history. But there are four requirements each volunteer must meet to be eligible for a role:18 years old or older at the time of applyingBe proficient in English, reading and writingBe available for a minimum of 10 nonconsecutive shifts during the 2028 Olympic Games period (March-August 2028) or Paralympic Games period (August-September 2028). Shifts are approximately eight hours.Be present at one of these locations during the above periods: Greater Los Angeles, Oklahoma City, New York City, Columbus, Nashville, St. Louis, San Jose and San Diego“The LA28 Games are a reflection of our dynamic and diverse city and a celebration of athletes from around the world coming together to share one stage.
