He rounded out his stat line with six assists and six rebounds, the latter of which would’ve been music to Alabama coach Nate Oats’ ears a couple months back. Philon’s four turnovers, on the other hand, not so much.The afternoon prior, Philon worked through growing pains against the pressure of the Houston Rockets, who won 90-64. While he struggled to dish out assists in the first half, he finished with four while leading the Sixers with 17 points, shooting 7-for-11 from the floor.In his debut, Philon dropped 18 points, highlighted by four treys, and notched a team-high seven assists.
