James is also a great leader, and while Doncic is too, it’s different because of who James is as a player, ultimately. However, according to the most recent report, Doncic is very excited to lead his team, something he wasn’t able to do with James.“Leading his team is most important to him. Doncic and LeBron James worked well together as a pairing when both were healthy, but the leadership aspect was never all that comfortable.
