Photo by Vagelis GeorgariouMartin O’Neill says that Celtic are prepared for a big week ahead, following the 4-0 thumping of Dundee United at Tannadice in the Premier Sports Cup.Celtic once again looked dangerous in an attacking sense, and despite record signing Kasper Hogh failing to score, the hoops ran riot thanks to goals from Auston Trusty, Camilo Duran, Sebastian Tounekti, and Benjamin Nygren to comfortably book their place in the quarter finals.All thoughts are now on Wednesday night at Celtic Park, with Austrian Champions LASK providing the opposition in the Champions League playoff first leg, and Martin O’Neill will certainly be looking for a positive result to take to Linz the following Tuesday.The veteran Celtic manager has been round the block often enough to know what’s at stake, and how big the challenge will be for him and his players come kick off on Wednesday night.“It is a big week for us,”said O’Neill. “We’ve got the game on Wednesday and then the second match the following Tuesday. They are big games in every aspect. Champions League qualification matches, everything to go for. Prestige, finance, all that type of stuff. We’ve already announced a squad. I think you can until Tuesday night add another two players. I think in time we will get them in.
