Eight of the Miami Dolphins’ training camp practices will be open to the public at the Baptist Health Training Complex in Miami Gardens during the 2026 session. In addition, there will be one extra practice reserved exclusively for season ticket members. All training camp sessions are free to attend. Fans will have the chance to meet the new coaching staff and meet the fresh faces who joined the Dolphins after the 2025 season, including quarterback Malik Willis and promising rookies who are expected to play major roles in 2026, such as Kadyn Proctor, Chris Johnson, Jacob Rodriguez, and Chris Bell.
The first public practice is scheduled for Sunday, August 2, in celebration of the NFL’s Back Together Weekend, presented by Baptist Health. A joint practice with the New York Giants is planned for Thursday, August 20. In addition, the team will hold one practice at Hard Rock Stadium on Saturday, August 8, which will be open to the public. All practices are set to begin at 9:30 a.m., unless otherwise noted.
Admission and parking are free for all training camp practices, but fans are encouraged to RSVP either on the Dolphins’ 2026 training camp page or via the link provided to receive the latest attendance details, schedule updates, and exclusive giveaways.
Dolphins fans have shown strong enthusiasm for training camp, with Day 4 drawing large crowds as players signed autographs and posed for photos on July 26, 2025. This year’s camp will feature unique giveaways for the first 1,000 fans each day, food trucks from local restaurants, fan activities, and a garage sale benefiting the Miami Dolphins Foundation. A shaded, canopy-covered area with stadium-style seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Select players will sign autographs after practices when weather permits.
The Dolphins will host practices at the Baptist Health Training Complex for the sixth year since the facility opened in 2021 in Miami Gardens. Baptist Health serves as the team’s Official Medical Team and the Official Wellness and Sports Medicine Provider for both the Dolphins and the Training Complex. Practice schedules are subject to change, and the most current information can be found on the Dolphins’ 2026 training camp page or on the team’s official X account, @MiamiDolphins.
