​Michigan State football is forced to go back to the drawing board after dropping their first game of the Big Ten season. The Spartans fell to Nebraska, 31-13, and have now fallen to 2-2 on the season.In the loss, Alessio Milivojevic had another game that did not live up to expectations. Finishing 18-for-26 with 203 yards and an interception, the Spartans QB was also responsible for losing a fumble and taking five sacks. All in all, if the offense is going to succeed, it is going to fall on Milivojevic’s shoulders to get better.Following the game, Milivojevic spoke to the media about the loss:”That falls on me. For me to turn the ball over multiple times, take sacks, it’s 100% on me.””You hate the taste of it (the loss). You have to go back to your process.”“It’s tough. I told him that I loved him and I’ll be praying for him. It’s tough for our team to lose a guy like that.”“He [Jaz Patterson] stepped up huge and we are going to need him going forward.”“As a player you want to go out and win every single game, and it’s unacceptable to lose.””We need to start faster.
