Mike Conley reportedly agrees to 1-year deal with Celtics, becoming 14th player in NBA history to reach 20 seasons

   ​Mike Conley has joined an elite club that also included Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, LeBron James, and Kobe Bryant. After reportedly signing a one-year contract with the Boston Celtics on Wednesday, per ESPN’s Shams Charania, Conley became the 14th player in NBA history to reach 20 seasons. This rare milestone places him among a select group of legends. The financial terms of Conley’s deal were not disclosed, but the 38-year-old is set to enter Boston after a three-and-a-half-year stint with the Minnesota Timberwolves. He began his tenure with Minnesota as a starter for the first two-and-a-half years, then moved into a bench role last season, averaging 4.5 points and 2.9 assists over 18.4 minutes per game.
