   ​The 2026 MLB Draft began today with the Chicago White Sox selecting UCLA shortstop Roch Cholowsky as the No. 1 overall pick. Milwaukee followed by taking shortstop Trey Ebel—brother of Brewers’ 2025 No. 32 overall pick Brady Ebel—at No. 25, their first selection of the draft.
