Today, we have another new face on the roster #28 Bryson Williams.Williams comes from Nebraska where he was a three-star prospect in the 2026 class. Rivals had him ranked as the No. 32 overall safety. He originally committed to Iowa State over Vanderbilt, but decommitted from the Cyclones when Matt Campbell left town. Despite additional offers from Minnesota and Purdue, Williams made the quick flip to Penn State, where he’s settled in as an intriguing 6-foot-4, 188-pound safety. While it’s unlikely Williams breaks into the safety rotation this fall — he’ll need to add quite a bit of weight — it wouldn’t be unforeseen for Williams to earn some special teams action.Just 28 more days.
