In just his second year, Neal led the team with 77 tackles, 11 TFLs, two interceptions, while also contributing three pass breakups, a sack, and a forced fumble. The Kansas City native’s playmaking abilities playmaking abilities will allow him to quickly become a standout as a Nittany Lion, where he will lead a secondary brimming with talent at both safety and cornerback.
