Everyone in the NBA understands it comes with the territory. However, there is a line between holding athletes accountable and attacking their character. Dejounte Murray spoke about that distinction getting lost in today’s social media-driven sports news coverage, including an All-Star incident at Starbucks.Murray welcomes honest evaluations of the Pelicans. What the 30-year-old veteran refuses to tolerate is criticism that becomes personal.“I never live my life worrying about what somebody that’s not in these rooms is saying,” Murray told ClutchPoints. “And then again, if that’s your job, that’s your job.”Watch sports LIVE with fuboTV (free trial)“I’m somebody who understands that all you guys have a job in this room.
