The 20-year-old was recently part of the Red Devils’ pre-season tour of Finland, Norway and Sweden but did not make a senior start for the Premier League club.Masara, 19, joins from Burnley having progressed through the Clarets’ academy, but is yet to make an EFL appearance. All three players have signed long-term deals, Posh said.Kelly, who has made more than 300 career appearances, spent two years at MK Dons where he was also named player of the season and players’ player of the season as they won promotion last term.Williams previously spent time on loan at League Two Cheltenham Town and most recently Scottish Premiership outfit Falkirk, where he made 22 appearances last season.Peterborough boss Luke Williams said Masara could play “across the attacking positions”, adding that winger Williams was “quick, direct and will be a threat”.Despite failing to make a breakthrough at Old Trafford, Williams said he was looking forward to a fresh start at the League One outfit. He said: “I have enjoyed my time at [Manchester] United and it’s always tough to leave a place like that, but there comes a time in your career where you have to make tough decisions to develop yourself and Peterborough is renowned for helping younger players.”Ethan Williams joined United’s pre-season tour of Finland, Norway and Sweden [Getty Images]All the latest Peterborough United news
