(KELO) — Rapid City Post 22 earned the Class ‘A’ Legion baseball state championship for the 45th time with an 8-3 win over Sioux Falls West Post 15 on Saturday afternoon.It was a back-and-forth battle, West leading 3-2, until the bottom of the fifth. Post 22 scored four runs in three at bats to claim the 6-3 lead, going on to score two more runs in the sixth. B Sapert earned the win for Rapid City, tossing four strikeouts and a walk with five hits and three runs across five innings.
