That is the position Olise has primarily occupied since joining Bayern Munich, where his ability to cut inside, create chances, and combine with teammates has made him an important part of the attack. However, Olise has also demonstrated that he can be effective in a more central role. During last summer’s World Cup, he was used as an attacking midfielder for France, giving him more freedom to operate between the lines and influence the game from the center of the pitch. That versatility could be particularly valuable for both Zidane and Vincent Kompany. Olise is comfortable receiving the ball wide, but his technical ability and vision also make him capable of creating opportunities when he moves into central areas. For Bayern Munich, the right wing remains his established position, but there is an argument that putting Olise in a more central role could get the ball into his hands even more frequently. So, what do you think? Is Olise better as a right wing or attacking midfielder?Join the conversation!Sign up for a user account and get:New, improved notifications system!Fewer adsCreate community postsComment on articles, community postsRec comments, community posts
