There is a 70 percent chance of rain both Saturday and Saturday night, plus a 70 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms throughout the day and night on Sunday.Because at least one of the games, and likely more, are going to mean something to the Cubs, MLB might have to adjust the schedule. The Boston Globe’s Tim Healey reported Wednesday that the two teams are planning to play a doubleheader on Friday before the rain arrives.While the decision has yet been officially made, the report indicates the league is planning to be proactive with Saturday and Sunday due to the limited options to reschedule games.The third game, Healey reports, would be planned for Saturday, with MLB believing the “best chance” to play would be Saturday rather than Sunday. The Saturday game, currently scheduled for 7:15 p.m. ET, could be moved up, Healey said.Could the series be played outside of Boston?
