Red Wings reveal date for home opener: Will Dylan Larkin be there?

Training camps and the exhibition season were shrunk to only four games, and approximately 10 days, respectively, because of the slightly expanded regular season.The Wings announced Wednesday that Steve Yzerman would be replaced as the team’s general manager.
