More than a dozen fresh menu items are on the way to T-Mobile Park, according to the Seattle Mariners. The midseason lineup will debut on July 17, expanding the ballpark’s already varied food offerings with new twists inspired by local flavors and fan favorites.
Highlights include a Copper River Salmon trio: three crispy hand-cut breaded salmon fillets served with French fries and Ivar’s signature tartar sauce. Other seafood-focused options feature bites such as a Bacon Salmon Sandwich, which pairs smoked slices of bacon with fried Copper River Salmon fillets, tangy coleslaw, and Ivar’s tartar sauce on a brioche bun. A lighter, plant-forward choice is also on the roster: a vegan peppercorn bacon sandwich built on country-style sourdough and topped with arugula, heirloom tomato, and black truffle mayo.
Two cheeseburger-inspired creations bring indulgent flavor to the bun. One features two 4-ounce beef patties with American cheese, burger sauce, habanero bacon jam, pickles, and a brioche bun. The other combines smoked bacon and crispy chicken fillets topped with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, Kidd Valley spread, pepper jack cheese, and is served on a brioche bun. For a bold, smoky bite, there’s a roll-out of Peach Glazed Pork Belly Burnt Ends, created by slow-smoking pork belly and finishing with a savory peach glaze.
Tex-Mex and Mexican-inspired items appear in several forms. A stand-out is El Rinconsito, the T-Mobile “Pen” offering featuring Quesatrompo: crispy corn tortillas filled with marinated pork, grilled pineapple, pineapple salsa, and melted mozzarella. Another choice delivers a mix of crispy tortilla chips with house-made guacamole.
Ivar’s also contributes a 3-piece Copper River Salmon and Chips combo: three crispy breaded salmon fillets paired with fries and Ivar’s tartar sauce. For fans seeking a sandwich option, the Bacon Salmon Sandwich blends smoked bacon with fried Copper River Salmon, coleslaw, and tartar sauce on a brioche bun.
Kidd Valley adds a Crispy Chicken Bacon Sandwich, featuring smoked bacon and crispy chicken fillets, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, Kidd Valley spread, and pepper jack cheese on a brioche bun. Rolling Smoke’s lineup includes Peach Glazed Pork Belly Burnt Ends, plus the Peach Outfield Punch, a refreshing beverage that combines house-brewed black tea, sweet peach nectar, fresh lemon juice, and diced peach.
A few items aim for a bright, fresh profile. Crispy corn tortilla chips serve as a base for marinated pork topped with grilled pineapple and pineapple salsa, melted mozzarella, while a separate burrito-like option emphasizes a lighter citrus note with arugula and a tangy tomato addition.
Mariners officials emphasize that these new menu additions extend the team’s tradition of offering a unique and diverse food experience at T-Mobile Park. Malcolm Rogel, the club’s Vice President of Fan Experience, notes that the new items will give fans additional opportunities to discover their next ballpark favorite, continuing the park’s reputation for dynamic and flavorful fare.
In addition to the new items, the midseason offerings complement the long list of other menu choices introduced earlier in the season, ensuring guests have a broad range of tastes to explore. The curated mix includes both seafood-forward plates and hearty, shareable dishes, alongside vegetarian and vegan options, all designed to enhance the ballpark dining experience.
