​FC Halifax Town have announced the signing of midfielder Tayt Trusty from Isthmian League Premier Division outfit Eastbourne Borough. The 22-year-old began his career with Blackpool and joined Eastbourne last year following a spell with Maidstone United. Trusty has also spent loan spells at Hartlepool, Hyde United and Radcliffe, and during his Blackpool days earned a call-up to the Cyprus Under-21 squad. This move aims to boost Halifax’s midfield options as Trusty transitions to the National League.
