She began 3 of 3, converting an and-1 and a 3-pointer in the process.But her sizzling start boiled over when she fouled Fever guard Sophie Cunningham on the break late in the first quarter. Carrington whacked Cunningham in the face as she went up for a layup.The bucket counted, and Cunningham added a free throw after the foul was upgraded to a flagrant 2 upon review.
