The German national team will have to do without Nathaniel Brown in their final World Cup Group E match against Ecuador.. Sky Germany and others have reported that Brown was unable to participate in the final training session on Wednesday morning.. . . . Nagelsmann held the final session before departing for New York/New Jersey for the clash with the South American country.. Instead, Brown completed a light running session with the four-time World Cup champions’ athletic coach Krunoslav Banovcic.. Fears over the left-back’s fitness are not on a similar scale to Nico Schlotterbeck who had his tournament ended through injury..
