A corner from the left should have been dealt with by Kepa Arrizabalaga but the Arsenal keeper made an absolute mess of it, the ball going straight through him to Riquelme at the far post who took one touch before firing into the net.Betis doubled their lead in the 26th minute with an absolute screamer. Nelson Deossa received the ball in a central position around 25 yards out, took a couple of touches before lashing his shot into the top corner.Arsenal pulled a goal back in the 32nd minute when Piero Hincapié nodded in from inside the six-yard box.
