Smedley is now 55-10 and yours truly is in last place at 54-11.The marquee matchup in the area for week five will be in Middlebury Friday night. Undefeated Northridge hosts Concord in a huge Northern Lakes Conference clash. Both teams sit at 2-0 in league play, tied with Warsaw for first place.The resurgent Raiders, under new coach Luke Amstutz, have piled up the points. Led by sophomore signal caller Jake Scholl and his 23 total touchdowns, Northridge has scored 216 points. The Raiders, who finished 3-8 in 2025, own NLC wins over Goshen (55-10) and Wawasee (64-6).Concord sits at 3-1 and has won three in a row since a 22-20 home loss to Elkhart in week one.
