Just over half an hour before the start of the Dutch Grand Prix, heavy rain has begun to fall at Zandvoort, leaving it uncertain whether the race will get underway on wet or dry tyres.The teams on the grid have put up tents to protect the cars from the rain as they wait for the storm to pass and conditions to improve enough for them to be taken down.At the moment, a conventional standing start does not appear to be at risk.
