Tennessee basketball offers 2028 five-star center from Georgia

   ​Tennessee is recruiting toward its 2028 basketball signing class. The Vols offered a scholarship to five-star center Bentley Lusakueno.”Thank you to the University of Tennessee, coach (Rick) Barnes and coach (Gregg) Polinsky for the scholarship offer,” Lusakueno announced. “All glory to God.”The 6-foot-10, 205-pound prospect attended Pace Academy in Atlanta, Georgia and transferred to Woodward Academy in College Park, Georgia. 247Sports ranks Lusakueno as the No. 3 center in the class and No. 2 player in Georgia.Georgia Tech was the first school to offer him a scholarship on Sept. 6, 2024. Other schools to offer Lusakueno scholarships include Georgia, Missouri, Miami, Rice, Oregon, Florida State, Iowa, USC, Kansas State, Georgia State and Tulane.Tennessee does not have a commitment in its 2028 basketball recruiting class.
