Tennessee football offers 2029 Texas wide receiver

   ​Tennessee is recruiting toward its 2029 football signing class. He does not have any recruiting rankings.Texas State was the first school to offer Williams a scholarship on Sept. 11, 2025. Other schools to offer him scholarships include Colorado State, BYU, UTSA, Ole Miss, Utah, Louisville, Colorado, Purdue, Kentucky, Wake Forest, Florida State, Oklahoma State, Vanderbilt, Texas A&M, Mississippi State, Nebraska, Florida, TCU, Oregon, Houston, Arizona, Missouri, North Carolina, Memphis, SMU, LSU and Miami.Tennessee does not have any commitments in its 2029 recruiting class.
