Texas and Texas State, located about 30 miles apart on I-35, have faced off only once, back in 1930 when the Longhorns won 36-0.But that changes Saturday as Arch Manning and No. 5 Texas welcome the Bobcats back to Austin after nearly a century’s wait. The Longhorns aren’t overlooking their Lone Star State brethren.
