Royval controlled the first round with more effective striking and grappling, Kavanagh found a second-round knockdown, and in the third, Royval hit the ground and secured a submission to reaffirm his status as one of the elite in the division.
In the co-main event, Paddy Pimblett submitted Benoit Saint Denis in the first round via D’Arce choke. Saint Denis initially shot in for a blind takedown, then immediately locked in Pimblett’s neck, resulting in a quick, decisive choke that showcased Pimblett’s elite technique.

At heavyweight, Gable Steveson defeated Elisha Ellison in the first round by knockout to win by TKO in his UFC debut. Steveson has been touted as one of the best heavyweight prospects in years and showed championship potential with this impressive performance.
At bantamweight, Adrian Yanez delivered a brutal first-round knockout of Cody Garbrandt, landing a sharp sequence of punches that severely hurt Garbrandt and forced the stoppage.
