​The Georgia Bulldogs and manager Wes Johnson have had a busy offseason after winning the SEC Tournament and the SEC regular season. The Bulldogs are reloading via the transfer portal after making a College World Series run, where Georgia fell to the eventual national champion Oklahoma Sooners.Georgia is bringing in over 15 transfers including several all-conference players like Gonzaga’s Mikey Bell and Indiana’s Jake Hanley. Georgia’s huge transfer haul is necessary after the Bulldogs had 13 players selected in the 2026 MLB Draft, which was the most of any college baseball program. Wood pitched in just 4.2 innings while Peeples primarily served as a pitch runner in 32 appearances.
